Domestic manufacturer Lava Mobiles has released a 3G based voice calling tablet PC called E-Tab Z7C+ in the market.
Lava E-Tab Z7C+ sports a 7.0-inch capacitive touch screen with 480x800p resolution and runs on the old Android OS v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich powered by a 1GHz single-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with 512MB RAM and 4GB inbuilt memory which is a bit sub-par compared to other devices in the market which fall in the same price bracket.
In terms of camera specifications, it houses a 2.0-megapixel camera on the rear side and 0.3-megapixel VGA camera on the front.
The new tablet can be purchased at online store Flipkart for ₹8,499, whereas another e-retailer Saholic is selling the same device for ₹8,599.
It is to be noted Lava E-Tab Z7C+ is the third device from the company to get released this month. Lava had launched a quad-core smartphone Xolo Q600 in the first week of July. Just yesterday (on 15 July), the company launched gaming centric handset Xolo Play T1000 for ₹15,999. Rumours are rife that it is planning to launch another low-cost four-core device 'Q1000s' by the end of this month.
