Filming of "The Bachelorette" 2016 is currently underway and based on spoilers JoJo Fletcher is having the time of her life as she continues her journey to find love.
"The Bachelorette" gig was supposed to go to Caila Quinn, but producers decided to cast Fletcher for Season 12 after she was jilted by Ben Higgins in Season 20 of "The Bachelor." Although Higgins said he loved her, he ended up choosing Lauren Bushnell as his fiancée.
But now, according to a Life&Style report, Bushnell is second-guessing her engagement as she thinks she may have received the raw end of the deal. Apparently, the winner of Season 22 isn't too happy with all the attention Fletcher has been receiving as the next "Bachelorette."
"JoJo is having the time of her life filming 'The Bachelorette,' and Lauren's just a girl with a fiancé," Celeb Dirty Laundry quoted a Life&Style source as saying. "JoJo's on a show where all these amazing guys are competing for her and her alone, and JoJo gets her pick. She won't have to deal with a guy who likes her and another woman."
Higgins' decision to profess his love for two women saw him getting a lot of flak from fans who accused him of not being sure of his feelings. However, he justified his action saying it wasn't an impulsive decision and that he truly loved both Bushnell and Fletcher.
But since choosing Bushnell as his partner, he hasn't strayed and their relationship seems to be their first priority. Bushnell, who hails from Portland, Oregon, moved to Denver shortly after the season finale of "The Bachelor" and the couple seems to be getting on just fine.
The couple is also talking about expanding their family when the time is right. "We both want a family, and it's something that we talked about early on, when we met, and I want three kids, two [or] three. ... I don't know how soon that's going to take place, because we also want to enjoy life together," Bushnell told ET.
As for their wedding, the couple wants to get married in late 2016 or early 2017.
