Former IPL chairman Lalit Modi is now set to push Bharatiya Janata Party leader Sudhanshu Mittal under the scanner by promising to reveal the latter's alleged relations with hawala operators, weeks after he put Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje in a spot through his revelations.
Calling Mittal a "racketeer", Modi said he will provide details on the BJP leader's "rags to riches story" in the coming days, and hinted at relations between the leader and alleged hawala operator Vivek Nagpal.
"Breaking news: world exclusive bought to u by #LALITGATE wants to know @SudhanshuBJP what is your relationship with Vivek Nagpal," Modi tweeted on Wednesday.

Modi, who is facing investigations by the Enforcement Directorate regarding his financial irregularities when he was in India, has now called himself a "whistleblower" after tweeting names of prominent people he claimed he had met in London, with the most recent claim being his meeting with Varun Gandhi.
On Wednesday, Modi said Varun Gandhi had met him in London a few years ago in order to settle things with Congress chief Sonia Gandhi, who is also the BJP leader's aunt, in exchange for money.
Varun Gandhi accepted meeting Modi, but said he had never struck any deal with him.
