Lal Jose to Direct Nivin Pauly and Vijay Babu in Upcoming Films

After the sensational twenty seven country road trip, director Lal Jose is back to his works.

The latest buzz suggests that the ace director has planned to direct two movies, which will star Vijay Babu and Nivin Pauly respectively.

Though the director has not come up with any clarifications regarding this, the sources close to Lal confirm that his next movie is titled "Neena", which will star Vijay Babu in the lead.

"Neena" is touted as a woman centric movie and the script is written by R Venugopal. However, the makers have not yet confirmed the lead actress and it's shooting schedule.

For Vijay, the new Lal directorial is expected to be a turning point in his acting career. The producer turned actor made significant appearances in movies like "Tamaar Padaar", "Peruchazhi". "Mr. Fraud", "Bicycle Thieves", "Escape from Uganda", "Philips and the Monkey Pen", "No. 66 Madura Bus", and "22 Female Kottayam". However, Vijay is currently busy with Lijo Jose Pellissery's magnum opus movie "Double Barrel". He has also begun the shooting of his next production venture "Aadu Oru Bheegara Jeeviyanu" starring Jayasurya.

Director Lal's untitled second venture is reportedly scripted by Bobby and Sanjay. The film is rumoured to star Nivin in the lead. The young star had earlier made a guest appearance in Lal's previous movie "Vikramadithyan".

Bobby and Sanjay had earlier scripted Lal's much critically acclaimed and box office hit Prithviraj starrer "Ayalum Njanum Thammil". The latest reports of Lal Jose- Bobby– Sanjay movie has created a huge buzz as it is well known that this team is capable of bringing out a film par excellence.

Meanwhile, Nivin has just wrapped up the shooting of his latest flick "Mili" directed by Rajesh Pillai and will soon join the sets Shyamaprasad's next flick "Ivide", which will also have Prithviraj and Bhavana in the lead.
