Model Carol Gracias looked stunning at Lakme Fashion Week 2016 where she flaunted her baby bump on Gaurang Shah's show. The former "Bigg Boss" contestant walked gracefully on the ramp, in which she had experienced a wardrobe malfunction in 2006.
After 10 years, a pregnant Carol made her appearance and broke all stereotypes at the LFW 2016. The mom-to-be model wore a beautiful khadi jamdani saree with muga texture and the jacket-styled blouse that had chinkankari work.
"It was truly an inspirational moment. It will inspire mom-to-be woman to drape saree with aplomb and coolness," designer Gaurang told the International Business Times India. He further said that Carol looked very radiant and beautiful at his LFW 2016 spring summer collection show, "Calico."
Songwriter and singer Manasi Scott lent her beautiful voice to the composition based on Indian Jazz, while 40 models walked the ramp. But, it was Carol who grabbed the attention of the crowd when she walked with a baby bump looking confident on the ramp.
Gaurang's "Calico" showcased stunning collections, which were focused on the early 20th century's Indian royalty and traditional Indian textiles with vintage silhouettes.

Lakme Fashion Week 2016 kick-started March 29, with ace Indian designers showcasing their spring summer collection at the Mehboob Studio, Mumbai. Designer Manish Malhotra opened the show with his showstoppers, Arjun Kapoor and Jacqueline Fernandez.
Manish's designer ensembles showcased the four elements – earth, water, wind and fire. Various shades of blue and white were seen on the ramp on the first day. Jacqueline looked gorgeous in a shimmery silver evening gown that she wore under a sheer pink cape, while Arjun looked handsome in a dark blue sherwani with a plain silver jacket and a dupatta.
