Kylie Jenner Reacts to Lip Challenge; Clip Reveals How she Makes her Lip Pouty

Kylie Jenner is now being hailed as the next Kim Kardashian. And, her pout has become the new obsession for teenage girls as Twitter has been abuzz with the "Kylie Jenner Lip Challenge".

The reality show star took to the social media platform and expressed her views about the hashtags "#Kyliejennerlipchallenge" and "#kyliejennerlipchallengegonebad" encouraging girls "like her" to stay as they are, rather than copying a trend.

"I'm not here to try & encourage people/young girls to look like me or to think this is the way they should look." she tweeted. "I want to encourage people/young girls like me to be YOURSELF & not be afraid to experiment w your look."

The challenge saw teenage girls post gruesome pictures of their swelled lips on Twitter after trying to achieve the perfect pout like Jenner by sucking on a shot glass or a bottle until their blood vessels burst, giving them a nasty bruise.

The fuller-lips trend was not only criticised by social media users, but also by doctors who warned teens against such practices, adding that repeated act of such "DIY plumping" can cause swelling, bruising, infections, and permanent disfigurement.

The 17-year-old star has been repeatedly mentioning in all her Instagram selfies that her fuller lips are achieved by constant practicing of the pout, and by using a lip liner. She also mentioned that light plays an important part in those perfect selfies.

But E! online reported that in the recent episode of "Keeping up With the Kardashian", the cameras revealed that Jenner goes through extensive pushing and pulling of her lips to make it look fuller. She "pinches and squeezes her lips and then lines and colours her pucker with bold, dark lipstick."

Scott Disick and Kendall Jenner were equally surprised with her pouty lips."It takes like 40 minutes and she like pulls one lip, pushes one out," Disick said before Kendall yelled, "Ew! That's not cute... You look like a worm!"
