The viewers of "Kumkum Bhagya" will soon be witnessing a plot rewind when all the characters will look and behave the way they did three years ago. Pragya (Sriti Jha), who transformed herself into a bold lady, will be back as the simple, demure girl. Abhi (Shabir Ahluwalia) will be seen as a rockstar, while Tanu (Leena Jumani) will play a supermodel.
With the show undergoing a plot rewind, one can't help but wonder if Pragya's sister Bulbul (played by Mrunal Thakur) will also return to the show, considering she played a prominent role before Abhi-Pragya's wedding took place. Mrunal, who rose to popularity with "Kumkum Bhagya," had quit the show due to the unending track of the show's lead actors and also because her character didn't have much to offer.
IBTimes India conducted a poll asking viewers whether they want to see Mrunal re-entering the show, even for a cameo role and a majority of the respondents (95.21%) said they wanted to see the bubbly actress on the show.
Going by the result, it appears like viewers have been missing Mrunal on the show. With this, we hope that the makers consider bringing the actress back.
Meanwhile, in the ongoing track, Abhi has met with a car accident and has suffered partial memory loss. He only remembers his relationship with Tanu. Abhi has lost three years of memory and has even failed to recognise Pragya. With Abhi's memory loss, the storyline of "Kumkum Bhagya" will undergo a plot rewind.
