"Kumkum Bhagya" now witnesses Pragya (Sriti Jha) calling the shots. While it sounds pleasant, the Mehra household isn't too pleased with her fierce attitude.
Talking to The Asian Age about her role, Sriti revealed how Pragya had always been a strong woman, adding she will continue being authoritative till her work gets done.
The TV actress further elaborated on the much-awaited Pragya-Abhi (Shabbir Ahluwalia) reunion.
"Well there's been an unspoken bond between Abhi and Pragya since the first time they met. Despite the obstacles, the story continuously provides glimpses of this bond. To know when they will they come together for good is something that we'll have to wait and watch," she added.
Also, the introduction of the new, improved and stylish Pragya has been an interesting step for her as she now gets to experiment with a wide range of emotions.
"Thankfully the change has been received positively and most people are liking it. Although a few miss the old Pragya," she said.
In other news, Pragya has been kidnapped and only time will tell whether Abhi will be able to rescue the damsel in distress or is it was him who conspired against her.
Apart from this, Sriti spoke at length about why Shabbir is her favourite co-star and how the show's team is a fun gang.
"The whole team is an absolute fun gang. I bond most with Shabir, Arjit and Charu. Shabir is my best co-actor ever," the leading daily quoted her as saying.
