Popular television actress Kanchi Kaul, who is married to Kumkum Bhagya lead actor Shabir Ahluwalia aka Abhi, has stunned her fans with her transformed look.
The actress, who gained oodles of weight during her pregnancy, has shed 25 kilos and regained her shape. She has shared a before and after picture on Instagram and captioned it saying: "From +25 kgs to +2 kgs !!! #phew #almostthere #motherhood #toughestbutthebest #fattofit."
Kanchi, however, didn't make any effort getting into shape, but admits that she lost weight running behind her children.
"I have not joined a gym. I lost weight naturally. I shed all weight by running after my two sons, Azai and Ivarr (smiles). I did take care of my post pregnancy diet which helped me cut down on the extra kilos. I avoided sugar, processed food, rice and junk food," she told Tellychakkar.com
Talking about Shabir's reaction to it, Kanchi said: "He is loving it. Shabbir is a very supportive husband. When I gained weight, he never complained about it."
The actress plans to make a comeback on TV by the beginning of next year. Shabir and Kanchi became proud parents for a second time on February 18 this year. The couple, who got married in 2011, also has a two-year-old son, Azai.
Both Shabir and Kanchi often share pictures of their sons – Azai and Ivarr – on social media.
Meanwhile on Kumkum Bhagya, Abhi is set to marry Tanu (Leena Jumani), however, Pragya (Sriti Jha) and Dadi plan to stop the wedding. Purab, on the other hand, meets a girl named Pooja who was at the party with Abhi and Tanu that unfateful night. She told him that it was Aaliya who forcefully made Abhi drink alcohol and took pictures of him and Tanu in compromising positions.
Upon learning the truth, Abhi and Dadi get furious, but once again Aaliya handles the situation by making them believe that Pooja was lying.
