Even as fans of Dev (Shaheer Sheikh) and Sonakshi (Erica Fernandes) of Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi were excited with the couple's reunion, which was soon followed by the wedding proposal, the upcoming episode will leave viewers shattered.

It has been reported that Dev and Sonakshi's much-awaited wedding, the preparations for which have been going on in full swing, will hit a roadblock with the entry of a new cast member. Veteran actress Amita Udgata will make a grand entry in the show as Dev's bua. The elderly lady will not just want all rituals and customs to be followed strictly, she will also have issues with Dev and Sona's relationship. Bua will try making Ishwari feel guilty of having accepted the alliance.

Confirming her entry in the popular romantic drama, Amita told India Forums: "Yes, I have started shooting for the show since yesterday. I was earlier busy with Rishton Ka Saudagar Baazigar, but soon after it got over, I got this offer and my character really attracted me as it has an element of spice to it, filled with emotional drama."

Meanwhile, in the recent episode, Dev was left shattered when he learnt that Sonakshi would never be able to conceive. The female protagonist suffered severe pain in stomach and after being rushed to the hospital, the doctor informed Dev that Sonakshi suffers from some uterine complications, which make it less likely that she would be able to conceive in future.

It now remains to be seen if Dev will break this sad news to Ishwari and bua. If he does, will Ishwari further create problems in Dev-Sonakshi's relationship? Will the couple ever get married?
