Shaheer Sheikh, who plays the lead role of Dev on "Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi," is rumoured to be dating his co-star Erica Fernandes aka Sonakshi. According to reports, the actors spend a lot of time together on the sets, which eventually sparked off the dating rumours.

A source told the Times of India, "The entire cast and crew of the show is aware of their sizzling offscreen chemistry." However, Shaheer denied the reports claiming that relationship and marriage are not on his mind as of now. "Erica is fun, but I am not dating her. People assume that we are dating because we spend a lot of time together on the set. I don't intend to get into a relationship and marriage is not in the pipeline for another couple of years," he said.

Erica too refuted the report saying: "Shaheer and I are good friends. We enjoy each other's company as we have common interests. That's about it."

Meanwhile, viewers of "Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi" recently witnessed Dev and Sonakshi's love story hitting a roadblock when Dev failed to open up about his relationship with Sonakshi in front of his mother Ishwari (Supriya Pilgaonkar). Although Ishwari agreed later, fear of sharing her son's love with Sonakshi made her disapprove of Dev and Sonakshi's marriage.This resulted in the much-in-love couple's break up. It has been reported that in the upcoming episodes, a new male lead alongside Shaheer and Erica would be introduced.

In other news, Shaheer recently made headlines when he fulfilled his dream of owing a lavish house. The actor had also shared some pictures of the house with his fans on his Twitter handle.

Besides Shaheer and Erica, recent rumours had it that "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" actors Aly Goni and Krishna Mukherjee are dating as well. Apparently, they spend a lot of time together on the sets when not shooting. However, the alleged couple was quick enough to rubbish the reports.
