Shaheer became an uncle for the second time in September. While he often shares pictures of his two-year-old niece Aairah, this is for the first time the hunk introduced his niece Amairah on social media.

However, Dev's mother Ishwari (Supriya Pilgaonkar) was unhappy with Dev's plan as it would keep her loving son away from her for 15 days. She made him feel guilty about planning for a honeymoon at the time when his sister Neha was going through a troubled marriage. This made Dev realise his mistake and he assured his mother that his only priority at the moment is Neha and that he would sort out the issues at the earliest.
