The opening weekend overseas figure is the highest ever recorded for a Hrithik Roshan starrer. Also, it is the second highest grosser after "Chennai Express".
But it remains to be seen whether "Krrish 3" will again break "Chennai Express" record and become the fastest film to surpass the ₹200-crore milestone at the worldwide box office.
The initial domestic and overseas figures will reveal whether the film will achieve the double century mark worldwide.
The science fiction film was released in more than 550 screens in over 40 countries, including non-traditional markets like Singapore, Netherlands, Mauritius, South Africa and Belgium.
The film is also quickly moving towards the double century mark at the domestic box office. The collections of "Krrish 3" are phenomenal and it is breaking records at several regions in India.
