After Tamannaah Bhatia, another actress has been approached for Siruthai Siva's next movie, which is being referred to as "Thala 57". Model and actress Kriti Sanon has been offered the movie, starring Ajith.
Rumours are rife that Siruthai Siva has approached Kriti Sanon to play a key role in the film, which is likely to have Tamannaah Bhatia as its female lead. It is reported that Ajith will play dual roles in "Thala 57".
So, it is believed that Kriti Sanon will romance the second character Ajith plays in "Thala 57". The actress is likely to give her nod as she is not busy with any project as of now.
Kriti Sanon had started her acting career in Telugu in Mahesh Babu-starrer "1: Nenokkadine". Later, she received offers from Bollywood and kept herself busy with Hindi movies. The 25-year-old now seems ready for her comeback to South films.
On the other hand, Tamannaah Bhatia is yet to give her nod for "Thala 57". The actress is already committed to a few movies, and is working out her dates. The 26-year-old is reportedly interested in the film.
Her good ties with Siva following two movies together — "Siruthai" and "Veeram" — and the Ajith factor are said to be why Tamanna Bhatia does not want to miss "Thala 57". It has to be noted that very rarely does an actress get the opportunity to work with Thala twice, and only a handful have worked with him more than once.
Meanwhile, Siruthai Siva, who is basking in the success of "Vedalam", is busy giving the final touches to the script and finalising the cast and crew of "Thala 57". The filming is likely to begin in May.
