The seventh Korea Drama Awards will kick off at the Gyeongnam Culture and Arts Center's grand performance hall in Jinju city of South Gyeongsang Province on Friday, October 7, at 5 pm KST.
Popular celebrities from the Korean television industry, including Descendants of the Sun star Song Joong Ki and actress Park Shin Hye of Doctors, will attend the award ceremony.
The star-studded show will begin with a red carpet event at 4 pm KST. Kdrama fans can watch the event live online via streaming site V Live. In addition to the live coverage, catch all the celebrity arrivals and backstage events online here.
The annual event for excellence in television has been held as part of the Korea Drama Festival since 2007. It is organised by Korea Drama Festival Organizing Committee in association with Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as well as Korean Broadcaster's Association.
