Kolkata, Sep 26 (ANI): A division bench of Kolkata High Court stayed the single bench order which directed the CBI to investigate the Parui murder case. CBI investigation in the murder case was stayed till the next date of hearing i.e. Monday. Government lawyer Kalyan Banerjee addressing the media said that the case has been listed for next hearing on Monday. He added that the charge sheet has been filed and the magistrate has taken a cognizance of the charge sheet.
