Kamal Haasan's "Thoongavanam" has grown bigger and better with the inclusion of a seasonal South Indian actor. Kishore has been roped in to play a key role in the forthcoming Tamil movie.
The actor himself confirmed the news to The Times of India and said that he has a key role in "Thoongavanam". But he has refused to spill the beans on his character, as the makers want to keep it a secret.
"I have a key role in the movie and my character will be introduced at the beginning itself. I can't reveal much about my role as it is being kept secret," he told the leading daily.
Kishore is excited to be working with Kamal Haasan. The actor says that he remained a spectator during the script discussions and will join the shoots soon. He will take part in filming for the next two months.
The actor has become a popular face in Tamil films in the recent years. He made his debut in Kollywood with "Polladhavan" for which he won Best Villain Vijay TV Award. "Silambattam", "Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu", "Aadukalam", "Vana Yuddham" and "Arrambam" are some of his popular Tamil films.
Coming back to "Thoongavanam", it also has Trisha Krishnan and Prakash Raj in important roles. The film is produced by Raj Kamal International and directed by Rajesh M Selva. The movie will be simultaneously made in Tamil and Telugu and is said to be an action-thriller, for which Kamal himself has penned the story.
