South Korean actress Kim So-Hyun, who plays the role of a ghost in "Hey Ghosts, Let's Fight," opened up about her kissing scenes with her co-star Ok Taec-Yeon, better known as Taecyeon. The 17-year-old actress, who has four kissing scenes in the television drama, was unaware of the scenes with Taecyeon.
In an interview with Star News, So-Hyun revealed that she was bothered by the kissing scenes with Taecyeon, but the final scenes came out nicely. She also said that good chemistry with Taecyeon helped her while shooting those kissing scenes.
"In the beginning, the director said that there would either be no kiss scenes at all or just one or two, but we had as many as four," So-Hyun told Star News, adding: "Taecyeon oppa worried a lot, saying, 'Sohyun, I hope I'm not provoking the outrage of her fans.'"
"Because the kiss scenes came out nicely and in a sweet context, I am satisfied with them. We didn't have NGs. Because I had good chemistry with Taecyeon oppa, we were able to complete filming in one take. I think there was maybe about one time I caused an NG because I laughed," she added.
"Hey Ghosts, Let's Fight," directed by Park Joon-Hwa, is about an unusual relationship between a ghost (played by So-Hyun) and an exorcist Park Bong Pal (played by Taecyeon). The ghost and the exorcist worked together to solve the several issues of other ghosts and help them to rest peacefully. During the process of helping other ghosts, So-Hyun and Taecyeon come close to each other.
The television drama finished its run on TV on Aug. 30. The show also featured Kim Sang-Ho, Kwon Yul, David Lee, Baek Seo-E, Lee Do-Yeon, Kang Ki-Young, Jung Ji-Soon and Yoon Seo-Hyun.
