Ever since Jacqueline Fernandez has starred in Salman Khan's blockbuster "Kick", the Sri Lankan beauty has not looked back. The actress has bagged many projects and the latest one in her kitty is Rohit Dhawan's directorial project.
Rohit, who made his directorial debut with an ensembled cast in "Desi Boyz", will have two lead pairs in his upcoming project.
Apart from Fernandez, the makers of the untitled film have roped in John Abraham to play the lead actor role along with Varun Dhawan, reported Indian Express.
While Fernandez and Abraham have earlier worked together in "Race 2" and "Housefull 2", this will be the first time the actress will share the screen space with the "Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania" actor.
With Varun and Fernandez on board a film, it would be interesting to see the duo's onscreen chemistry.
Produced by "Kick" producer Sajid Nadiadwala, the film is expected to go on floors in April next year.
Meanwhile, Fernandez will soon be seen in a double-role in Vikramjit Singh's "Roy", which has Ranbir Kapoor and Arjun Rampal in the lead.
The actress has also been fortunate to bag projects with Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. The "Laat Lag Gayi" fame actress is currently shooting for Johar's "Brothers" along with Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra.
Recently, Fernandez has also shared her look from her first Hollywood project, titled "Definition of Fear". The suspense thriller, directed by James Simpson, also stars Katherine Barrell, Blythe Hubbard and Mercedes Papalia in important roles.
On the other hand, Varun is busy with "ABCD 2" and will soon be seen in Sriram Raghavan's "Badlapur". The actor has also signed in the Hindi adaptation of "The Fault in Our Stars" along with Deepika Padukone.
Abraham will next be seen in the second instalment of 2007 superhit "Welcome", titled "Welcome Back".
