The third Friday box office collection of Salman Khan's "Kick" declined drastically due to the release of Akshay Kumar's "Entertainment" in India.
"Kick", which also features Jacqueline Fernandez, Randeep Hooda and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, has minted ₹1.97 crore on third Friday.
On second Thursday, Sajid Nadiadwala's film minted ₹3.80 crore and on next day the collection went down by 60 to 70 percent. The collection was expected to decline when "Entertainment" hit screens.
The film had impressive first week as it was a solo release with over 4000 screen count. In second week the film managed to earn decent amount as there was no other release. But due to the release of "Entertainment" the screen count of "Kick" declined in its third week, affecting its business.
However, the film still managed to put up impressive 15 days domestic nett earnings. "Kick" has accumulated around ₹217.08 crore from box offices in India, after adding third Friday's figure.

The film is now racing ahead to beat the third highest grossing film of all time- Shah Rukh Khan's "Chennai Express", which earned ₹227 crore. Since, the pace of the film has slowed down; it is expected to beat that mark by the end of third week.
In international market, the film has overtaken the business of "Ek Tha Tiger" and has become Salman's highest grossing film. Earlier, it shattered the record of Shah Rukh's "Om Shanti Om" and Ranbir Kapoor's "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani".
The film now holds the record of Salman's highest earning film and highest grosser of 2014 in India as well as overseas territory.
Till third Friday, "Kick" minted 65.74 crore from overseas market, including Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan, UAE-GCC, US-Canada and UK box offices.
