A video has surfaced showing "Ki & Ka" leading man Arjun Kapoor slapping a Radio Jockey (RJ) inside the Radio Mirchi office in Mumbai. The short clip shows Arjun losing his cool when the RJ asks him a question: He is also seen throwing a camera on the ground.
However, it was apparently just a prank to promote the movie "Ki and Ka," starring Arjun and Kareena Kapoor Khan. The film is slated to release April 1, which happens to be April Fools' Day, and thus, the Radio Mirchi team and Arjun collaborated to play the prank on its viewers, reports DNA.
In the video, the RJ is seen asking Arjun whether he has run out of characters to play, and that is why he is playing a girly character in "Ki and Ka." Arjun instantly slaps the RJ, asking what kind of a disgusting question that is. Although it was just a prank, the team made it look quite real.
Directed by R Balki, "Ki and Ka" will present Arjun as a house-husband and Kareena will play the role of a working wife. The trailer of the film shows Arjun's character in the movie is very fond of his mother, who was a housewife, and thus wants to be like her.
On the other side, Kareena is an ambitious woman who runs the house financially. "Ki and Ka" is a romantic comedy drama that challenges the orthodox gender roles in Indian society. Although it has been granted a "U/A" certificate by the censor board, the film has a number of kissing scenes between Arjun and Kareena. This is the first time the two stars will be seen sharing screen space, and their on-screen chemistry is being liked a lot.
