Khloe Kardashian, one of the famous sisters of the Kardashian clan has reportedly moved into the neighborhood, where rumored MLB player boyfriend, Matt Kemp shacks up.
The news comes just after Khloe and ex-husband Lamar Odom put up their Tarzana, Los Angeles home for sale. According to Daily Mail, Khloe has already purchased a home in the gated community for an undisclosed amount. The area happens to be home to her mom, Kris Jenner too.
While, Khloe's new house is just 'up the street' from mommy Kris Jenner's house, Matt Kemp's home is not as close. Kemp is renting an 11,700 square feet home for $30,000 a month. The L.A. Dodger's temporary home is a five bed-seven full and one half bath luxury residence.

Although intel on Khloe's new house is scanty, her Tarzana home is listed publicly. In November 2013, news was out that the residence was being sold as a pocket listing and the rumored asking price was about $4 million. However, earlier in January, the residence came up on the open market with a higher $4.5 million price tag, reports Realty Today.

Khloe officially filed for divorce from Lamar Odom sometime in December citing 'irreconcilable differences'. Khloe had decided to end their four-year marriage long before, but was apprehensive about 'pulling the trigger' because she was scared that Odom would commit suicide or overdose on drugs. Apparently, the star was waiting for the right time to file for divorce.
Khloe has been linked to Matt Kemp since the two were spotted hanging out a couple of times. Does Lamar mind? Apparently, No. He wants Khloe to move on, reports MStarz.
Moving to new house may be Khloe's way of moving on. However, the designer sister is not the only one dabbling in some real estate. Kourtney Kardashian also just picked up NFL player Keyshawn Johnson's house in the 'Bieber-infested' neighborhood of Calabasas. Yes, she will now be neighbors with Justin Bieber, reports E! Online.
