Unlike the previous editions of Colors' "Khatron Ke Khiladi," the ongoing seventh season of the stunt-based show with host Arjun Kapoor had introduced a major change to the format where the contestants were split into two teams – Red and Blue.
However, the channel has confirmed on their official Twitter handle that from the upcoming weekend onwards, the contestants will not play in teams but will compete against each other individually. With this, Tanishaa Mukerji and Vivan Bhathena, who were the captains of the two teams, will also lose out on their captaincy.
Not just that, Sidharth Shukla, who was eliminated will also return on the show as a wild card contestant. Sidharth's re-entry into the show will surely cheer his fans up who were disappointed with the elimination of the hunk. Recently, Jay Bhanushali, who was the second contestant to get eliminated, also returned as a wild card entry.
Meanwhile, Faisal Khan got eliminated from the stunt-based show last week after he failed to defeat Tina Dutta in the elimination task. Recently, viewers also witnessed popular actor Vivian Dsena entering the show as the first wild card contestant.
"Stunt is what attracted me to the show. As an actor, I always perform my own stunts and never use a body double. I became a part of the show not to win it but to perform and enjoy all the stunts. No trophy excites me except for winning something in football. I am a football fanatic," Vivian told Hindustan Times.
No more Captains. No more teams.
