Winners of the Kerala State Television awards 2013 were honoured at Kerala University Senate Hall, on Thursday, 21 Thursday.
The awards were handed over to the winners by Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan, K Muraleedharan, and Rajmohan Unnithan, among others.
Thiruvanchoor, who is the minister for forest transport, sports, environment, and cinema, had earlier announced the winners of the prestigious award in a press meet.
While actor Salim Kumar was honoured as the best actor for his performance in telefilm "Parethante Paribhavangal", Sreekala VK of "Make-up" won the award for the best actress.
Nithuna Nevil Dinesh's telefilm "Make-up" bagged the highest number of awards.
Mazhavil Manorama's "Thateem Muteem" was named the best comedy show and Kairali channel's "Kutty Patturumal" was selected as the best TV show.
R Satheeshan and Angel Shijoy were awarded the titles of the best male and female dubbing artists, respectively.
