After the recent ruckus and protests in Kerala assembly, the South Indian state has made headlines with yet another controversy.
Recent photos doing the rounds on social media show that the SSLC Social Studies question paper for English Medium students carried the "Star and Crescent" symbol of Indian Union Muslim League Party at its bottom.
The issue has gone viral with many commenting and criticising State Education Minister PK Abdu Rabb and his party for allegedly politicising the educational system.
However, the minister has denied the allegations claiming that the question papers were printed outside Kerala and the printing press decides as to which symbol is to be used at the bottom of the question paper.
He has also promised that such incidents will not happen in the future and that use of such symbols to indicate the end of question papers will be avoided.
