New Delhi, July 21 (ANI): AAP_s expelled leader Vinod Kumar Binny on Monday slammed the AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal saying that Kejriwal is never stable on his opinion so he should not be taken seriously. He said that Lieutenant Governor should take the decision over government formation in Delhi and added that no matter whether government is formed with or without polls but Delhi needs a government to govern the state.
