New Delhi, Jan 20 (ANI): Reacting on the Aam Aadmi Party's dharna near Rail Bhawan, former IPS Officer Kiran Bedi on Monday said that Arvind Kejriwal has failed to be an administrator and remains a protester. Bedi took a dig at Kejriwal saying people elected his party to govern and not to break laws.
