Mimicry artiste-turned-director Nadhirshah's second movie, Kattappanayile Hrithik Roshan (also spelled Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan), which opened to positive response from the audience in Kerala is set to hit the screens in Europe and the UK. The comedy entertainer will be released in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Austria and Switzerland on Friday, December 9.
PJ Entertainments, which distributes the production venture of actor Dileep in the European market, has announced the theatre list via its Facebook page. Kattappanayile Hrithik Roshan, starring scriptwriter Vishnu Unnikrishnan in the lead role, will be screened in the overseas market with English subtitles.

Kattappanayile Hrithik Roshan, which has been released in Kerala, the UAE and GCC areas, is said to have earned approximately Rs 18 crore with Rs 13.38 crore within 16 days from Kerala alone. The movie, which narrates the story of an aspiring actor, has been garnering tremendous response for the comic timings of Salim Kumar and Dharmajan Bolgatty during its first half. The fun-filled entertainer stars Prayaga Martin and Maheshinte Prathikaaram-fame Lijomol Jose in the female lead roles.
Meanwhile, Mohanlal's action thriller Pulimurugan, which was recently released in the Europe, made earth shattering business and has raked in £207,000, becoming the highest grossing Malayalam movie abroad, surpassing the lifetime collection of Mohanlal's crime thriller Oppam, Nivin Pauly's family entertainers Jacobinte Swargarajyam and Premam within three days. Pulimurugan had earned £13,800 on the opening day making a total of £90,162 (Rs 74 lakh) during its first weekend in the UK.
