There has been a lot of hullabaloo regarding supposed love birds Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor's wedding plans and the former has finally announced her condition for the marriage.
During a promotional event of the movie "Phantom", Katrina was asked when she intends to tie the knot and the actress asserted that she would get married only after she bags a national award or any of her films get one.
"As I was presuming what question you were going to ask me and you did ask me, I was thinking I would come up with a very good answer for this. I will get married once I win the National Award. Even if the film wins a national award, and not I personally, still I would get settled down," India Today quoted Katrina.
Apparently, both Katrina and Ranbir are more focussed on their careers and marriage is not a priority at this point of time. "Not right now. At some point, we all have to broaden our horizon and see what we are looking at," Katrina said when quizzed about her idea about having a life beyond career. "I think it's both of our views at the moment," she added referring to Ranbir.
The actress also stressed that she is looking for more stability in her career and is confident that her role in "Phantom" will help her reach the desired goal. "I think that stability in my career would come by doing better roles and better films. I do think that a film with as credible a backdrop as 'Phantom', if it is accepted in the way that we think it will, would do wonders for me. I have confidence in the film. I think doing films like 'Phantom' gives you credibility as an actor," she asserted.
