Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are all set to come together on the big screen with the movie Tiger Zinda Hai that happens to be a sequel of Ek Tha Tiger. The actress has now opened up on her and his role in the film.
There were rumours that Salman will be seen as a 70-year-old man in Tiger Zinda Hai but Katrina rejected the buzz and said that the sequel will start from exactly where the original had ended.
"That's entirely wrong. He does not age at all. The film is set in today's times. It's set in one time period. There's no aage-peeche at all," Katrina told DNA when asked if Salman plays the character of an old man.
Sharing her excitement about working with Salman again, the actress said, "It is going to be great for Salman and me to work together in Tiger Zinda Hai. And I am really happy we are coming back with this movie. The sequel is possibly the perfect film for both Salman and me to do together now. We were the most comfortable on the sets of ETT, as Tiger and Zoya. I think it worked well for us. It's going to be interesting to be back on sets together."
The film is slated to be released on Christmas next year.
