Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif has topped the "Most Dangerous Indian Celebrity" list released by Internet security company McAfee India.
McAfee says since India is a "celebrity crazy country," cyber criminals are employing the names of popular celebrities as keywords in search engines to lure people to Web sites that contain malicious software.
According to the study, the chance of landing on a risky Web site is 10.26 percent if one searches with the keywords "Katrina Kaif." The possibility of ending up in such site is 10 percent if the keywords are "Deepika Padukone."
Other Bollywood personalities whose names may lead users to dangerous Web sites are Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, John Abraham, and Priyanka Chopra. Names of Bollywood heartthrobs like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Bipasa Basu, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan also appear on the list. Surprisingly, Salman Khan's name is not included on the list.
