AR Murugadoss, who is basking in the success of his latest Vijay starrer "Kaththi", revealed in an interview that he is willing to direct Ajith Kumar again.
The filmmaker made his directorial debut with "Dheena" starring Ajith in 2001. The movie had redefined the actor's image in Kollywood. But the filmmaker-actor could not team up again. However, of late, there have been a lot of reports on Murugadoss joining hands with the "Billa" star.
In the interview, Murugadoss was asked whether he had plans to direct Ajith again for which the director said that he cannot talk about it at this stage, but proudly claimed that he was willing to join hands with him any time the actor is ready. The director revealed that he is also ready to work with Surya.
As per the sources, even if Ajith gives a positive nod to Murugadoss' movie, the project could only hit the floors in late 2015.
Meanwhile, Murugadoss' female-centric and first straight Bollywood project starring Sonakshi Sinha will hit the floors in December. His earlier Bollywood films "Ghajini" and "Holiday" were the remakes of his own Tamil films.
On the other end, "Kaththi", which was released on Wednesday (22 October), has opened to positive reviews. The film stars Ilayathalapathy Vijay and Samantha in the lead roles.
The good message-oriented storyline, Vijay's performance and background score are the highlights of the film. In fact, the Tamil movie is likely to break several records at the box office.
