Kate Middleton is strictly against Prince Harry reconciling with his ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas. Though the buzz about the former couple getting back together has been running wild on the Internet, new reports suggest that the Duchess of Cambridge is not in the favour of this reunion.
Harry and Bonas broke up in 2014, after dating for two years. But, as we know, the two of them remained close friends even post their split. And now, after they were spotted together celebrating Harry's 31st birthday with a group of friends in London last month, reports claimed that things are heating up again and that the former couple is considering reconciliation.
But it looks like Kate Middleton isn't quite happy with this reunion, and apparently has been urging Prince Harry to reconsider his decision of getting back with Bonas, reported OK! (via Life & Style).
"Kate doesn't like Cressida at all. It's not just that she thinks Cressida isn't a love match for Harry. It goes deeper than that. She doesn't want her in the family," a source said.
According to the report, the Duchess of Cambridge's issues with Harry-Bonas relationship is dated back to Prince William's relationship with Bonas' half-sister Isabella Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe, who was linked with the Duke when he was single and on a break with Middleton.
The source said, "Kate is afraid that William sees Isabella as the one who got away. She hates even hearing Isabella's name mentioned."
"She was obviously upset when Cressida and Harry started dating," the source added.
But this is not the only thing that has been worrying Princess Charlotte's mother. Apparently, Kate feels that Bonas may hurt Harry again just like she did it in the past when she called off the relationship. "Kate's even told William to warn Harry against her. She does not trust Cressida," the source said.
And now, since there are reports that Harry is also in touch with another of his well-known exes, Chelsy Davis, Kate Middleton is reportedly hoping for that relationship to work so that Cressida Bonas will be out of the picture.
