With each passing day, "Karthikeya" is growing bigger and better at the world box office.
The film goers across the world have loved this suspense thriller. Considering the viewers' response, the makers of the movie have increased the screen counts in several areas of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Nikhil Siddhartha, who has played the lead role in "Karthikeya", has been overwhelmed by the viewers' response. Meanwhile, some leading personalities sent him their wishes beside lauding his performance in the movie.
Along with his photo, the actor tweeted, "Woke up to find several bouquets nd cards wishing me on karthikeya from some of the prominent industry personalities."
"Karthikeya" is a bilingual movie, which has been simultaneously made in Telugu and Tamil. However, the makers have released only the Telugu version and they are yet to finalise a date for the Tamil version. After reading the reviews of the Telugu film, Tamil audience urged Nikhil to release it in Tamil Nadu.
In reply, Nikhil assured to release the film's Tamil version soon. The actor tweeted, "For everyone asking abt Karthikeya movie release In chennai... ITS A BILINGUAL.. The tamil version is ready and looking 4 a release date :)"
Produced by Venkat Srinivas, "Karthikeya" had released in a limited number of theatres. Now, its screen count is increased.
The actor tweeted, "Karthikeya released big in 350 screens in its 1st week.. So it's surprising to see 30 to 40 more screens added from this Friday again... 1 statistic tht is crazy to peaks is PRASADS MULTIPLEX Having 10 SCREENS for karthikeya from today. Was 3 screens initially, then 5, now 10."
However, Nikhil and Swathi Reddy, who were seen together earlier in "Swamy Ra Ra", have been paired again in "Karthikeya". With the movie making good collections at the box office, they have been successful in rocking the viewers for the second time.
