The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) announced the class 10 – Senior Secondary Leaving Certificate (SSLC) – results 2015 on Tuesday, 12 May, at 2:45 pm.
The 2015 SSLC results will be published on the official websites of Karnataka education department – KSEEB and Karnataka Examination Results. The class 10 board results of Karnataka will also be available to check on the Jagranjosh website.
The students can get scores of their SSLC results by entering their roll numbers or hall-ticket number and other required details on the slot provided in the websites. The results can also be obtained through SMS by sending "KAR10REGISTRATION NUMBER" to 56263.
The other websites that are providing the SSLC class 10 results of Karnataka Board through pre registration are: Karnataka Education, Career India and Examtec.
After the Karnataka examination board publishes the SSLC class 10 board exam results online, the score lists will be made available at schools across the state from Wednesday morning, commissioner at public instruction department Mohammed Mohsin said.
In 2015, at least 8.56 lakh students in Karnataka took the class 10 board exam, which was conducted between March and April.
The number of students in 2015 SSLC exam this year was marginally higher than the last year, when approximately 8.13 lakh students appeared for the class 10 SSLC board examinations. Karnataka had recorded a pass percentage of 81.19% in the 2014 SSLC exams, in which girl students outshone boys.
As last year's result was better than 2013, it is expected that the 2015 results will be even better.
The state education board will soon announce class 12 or Karnataka Pre University exam results 2015. The 2015 PU results is likely to be published on the official website of Department of Pre University Education, Karnataka on 14 May.
