Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor is all set to reunite with her "Golmaal Returns" co-star Ajay Devgn on screen after three years.
Kareena will reportedly be seen sharing screen space with Ajay for designer-turned-producer Shabinaa Khan's untitled project. Shabibaa is currently holding talks with the two stars for the film that will go on floors in 2014.
"As Shabinaa is a close friend of Kareena, she is keen to have her on board and she has given her nod to the project," Mid-day quoted its source as saying.
"Shabinaa is in the process of signing Ajay Devgn. Details of the film are being tightly kept under wraps but the script has been locked in and a director is being pencilled in. The project will go on the floors early 2014."
Kareena and Ajay were last seen together on screen in Rohit Shetty's action comedy "Golmaal 3" which hit the screens in 2010. They were also paired together in "Omkara" and "Golmaal Returns". The duo will soon be seen in Prakash Jha's political thriller "Satyagraha - Democracy Under Fire" which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Arjun Rampal, Manoj Bajpai and Amrita Rao in lead roles.
Speaking about the film the source said,"Shabinaa shares a great equation with Ajay Devgn too. This project might also be co-produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Although she is also designing for several stars, Shabinaa now wants to focus on making films."
Shabinaa forayed into production through "Rowdy Rathore" which starred Akshay Kumar and Sonkashi Sinha. Apart from the Kareena-Ajay starrer, she is also working on another project titled "Gabber", which is a remake of South film "Ramanna". She will jointly produce the film with Akshay who will also play the male lead.
