R. Balki is busy shooting his next Bollywood flick with a fresh pair, Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
The movie is about romantic comedy of a married couple. Reportedly, Kareena is playing a career- oriented wife's role while Arjun will play house husband, according to Pinkvilla.
After hit films such as "Cheeni Kum", "Paa" and "Shamitabh", Balki is ready to explore love stories more. The shooting has started and the perfectionist-director has no place for any excuse.
Apparently, Balki, Arjun and Kareena were 'locked up' in the director's office for a week to rehearse the script, according to The Times of India.
Meanwhile, the "Gunday" actor is reportedly thrilled to be part of the project. A light-hearted romance, Balki's next will definitely be a pleasant change for the Kapoor lad as he has mostly done intense love stories.
"Arjun is really kicked about the project because all his love stories so far -- Ishaqzaade, 2 States and even Finding Fanny -- have been intense. This one is a light-hearted love story with lots of laughs and he can't wait to get started," Mumbai Mirror quoted a source as saying.
On the other hand, Kareena will be next seen in Kabir Khan's "Bajrangi Bhaijaan", in which she plays a Hindu Brahmin girl alongside Salman Khan.
She is also featuring in Abhishek Chaubey's "Udta Punjab" with ex-lover Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
