Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan will reunite with his wife Kareena Kapoor on the big screen for the first time after their marriage, in his home production "Happy Ending".
Reports of Kareena making a cameo appearance in "Happy Ending" come at a time when the celebrity couple was repeatedly denying reports of their reunion on the silver screen.
Details of her role in the film are vague and when asked about it Saif said, "Actually, a lot of people are making special appearances in our movie... Well, she might be acting in it. And even if she does, let it be a surprise for people," Hindustan Times reported.
"One thing is for sure, if Bebo (as Kareena is fondly called) does appear in the film, it would be completely unlike what she has done till date. So, let's wait and watch," he added.
Saif is presently wrapping up the shoot of "Happy Ending" in Michigan, US. Speaking about the details of the shoot he said, "We completed a long schedule in Los Angeles. And now we are filming sequences in Michigan. And since Raj-DK (directors Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK) know the place well, it has been a great ride to shoot in this part of the US."
"We have already shot a major portion of the film in around 60 days. But we will be back again in LA later to shoot the rest of the sequences once the current schedule is wrapped up," he added.
Kareena and Saif were last seen together in latter's home production "Agent Vinod". They have also shared screen space for films like "Kurbaan" and "Tashaan". They were first cast together in JP Dutta's "LOC: Kargil".
Ever since Kareena and Saif tied the knot in October last year, there were speculations that they would soon be paired on screen. But the celebrity couple was least interested claiming that they their chemistry goes flat when they are cast opposite each other.
