Karbonn's Quad-Core Titanium S2 Pre-Orders Begin at ₹10,790

Bangalore based telecommunication firm Karbonn Mobiles, after the launch of its Titanium S1 and S5 in March, is now gearing to release its third smartphone dubbed S2 in the Titanium flagship series on 14 May. 

Titanium S2 sports a 5.0-inch WVGA display with 854x480p resolution and it runs on the Android mobile OS v4.1 Jelly Bean powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor. Other specifications include a 2100 mAh battery, 8.0-megapixel camera on the the rear side and front-facing 2.0-megapixel camera.

Consumers can now place pre-order for Karbonn Titanium S5 at e-retailer Infibeam and get free incentive like free flip case every with every purchase. The device will be priced ₹10,790. 

Considering its specs and price-tag, Titanium S2 is pegged to be a strong contender to Micromax's Canvas HD smartphone and is even expected to cannibalise the sales of its older sibling Titanium S5.
