Karbonn, Indian smartphone maker, announced on Wednesday a new budget smartphone, the Karbonn Titanium Mach Five, which is on sale exclusively on Amazon.
With an eye on budget-conscious buyers, Karbonn has priced its handset at Rs. 6,999 without compromising on the specs.
The all-new Titanium Mach Five boasts of a 5-inch IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. The handset is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, is backed by a 2GB RAM and 16GB onboard storage with expandable microSD card slot to support additional 32GB.
The Karbonn Titanium Mach Five sports an 8-megapixel primary sensor and a 5MP front snapper. Both cameras have a LED flash to take great photos and selfies under low-light conditions. Sadly, if you are looking for 4G LTE support, Titanium Mach Five gets only 3G bandwidth. The handset comes with a 2,200mAh battery.
The Karbonn Titanium Mach Five comes preloaded with SwiftKey and Peel Smart Remote app. The new handset is available in two colours, white-blue and champagne.
Although exclusive to Amazon India, Karbonn Titanium Mach Five does not require registrations, as the handset is available freely without flash sales.
At Rs 6,999, the Karbonn Titanium Mach Five competes with older and successful models like the Micromax Canvas Xpress 2, the Coolpad Dazen 1, the Xiaomi Redmi 2, the Moto E (Gen 2), and the Lenovo A6000 Plus.
