Bangalore based smartphone maker Karbonn Mobiles has released a budget big-screen Android handset A29 in the market.
Karbonn A29 sports an IPS LCD screen with qHD 960x540p display resolution and run on the Android v4.1 Jelly Bean mobile OS.
In terms of internal components, the device packs a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 4GB inbuilt memory powered by 2000 mAh battery. Camera wise, it houses an 8.0-megapixel camera with LED flash support and on the front, it sports a 2.0-megapixel snapper.
Karbonn A29 is now available at the online store Saholic for ₹8,990.
Considering its price-tag, the Karbonn handset will be pitted against MNC brands such as Nokia Lumia 520, Samsung Galaxy Ace as well as local counterpart like Micromax Canvas Music A88, Lava Iris 458Q and others.
