Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is riding high on the success of her latest film "Kapoor and Sons," which also features Fawad Khan and Sidharth Malhotra. She was recently seen on girls' night out with her sister Shaheen Bhatt and mother Soni Razdan.
Alia's sister shared the picture on her Instagram page with a caption: ""Impromptu Girls' Night @aliaabhatt." The actress' sister is quite active on social networking sites and has been seen sharing photos with Alia on her handle. A few days ago, she shared a beautiful message on Alia's birthday.
"When you were younger I'd idly wonder what you'd grow up to be like. I knew you'd be pretty, that was kind of a no-brainer. What I didn't know is that you would some day grow to be one of my greatest sources of inspiration. You are (apart from Dad) the most hardworking person I know," Shaheen posted on Instagram.
"You are so talented and so driven that it makes my head spin. You are always the life of the party and you can make absolutely anyone laugh. But above all, you are kind and generous and there is nothing you won't do for the people you love.I don't know what I would do without you. Happy Birthday Aloo," she added.
While most of her films have done very well, Alia's "Shaandaar" tanked at the box office last year. But the diva made a comeback with the Shakun Batra directorial. In "Kapoor and Sons," Alia plays a girl-next-door who eventually falls in love with Sidharth's character.
She will next be seen in "Udta Punjab" alongside Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan. Working with the "Haider" actor for the second time, Alia will be seen in the character of a daily wage labourer from Bihar in the film. Her character comes to Punjab in search of work, but ends up becoming a victim of drug trafficking.
The Bhatt girl is also working in Gauri Shinde's next alongside Shah Rukh Khan. The story is about a young girl (played by Alia) who meets three men and with every relationship her perspective about life changes.
