The famous television comedy show "Comedy Nights with Kapil" ("CNWK") that recently completed one year of successful run will apparently see a new character.
Since the beginning of the show, Ali Asgar aka Dadi has been coercing her grandson Sharma aka Bittu to grant her the fortune to see her great grandchild. Sharma always turned a deaf ear to the topic. But it seems now that the on-screen couple is ready for a junior Sharma after Manju posted a picture on Facebook, hinting her husband Bittu to soon to become a father. It read: "Sharma Ji! Ek saal pura ho gaya! Ab dadi ko pota de hi dete hain!", reported Bollywoodlife.com. Though, the young starlet Akshat Singh has already shared screen space on the comedy show, the new member will definitely blow up the show.
"CNWK," the comedian's debut production, is currently one of the top shows in Indian television with high TRP ratings as the most loved and watched comedy show. The show is aired on Colours TV channel and features several celebrity guests.
Due to this show, Sharma and all other characters have become popular, be it Dadi, the character played by Ali Asgar, Bua played by Upasna Singh or Manju played by Sumona Chakravarty. The show is considered to be a healthy, clean and fun entertainer for all to watch.
After the successful TV show, the comedian is now moving into films. He has signed three film contracts with Yash Raj Films banner and will soon start working for his first movie titled "Bank Chor." The actor-comedian has grabbled international fans and has impressed his viewers irrespective of their age groups.
The comedy king of television has also bagged his first endorsement contract with a popular car brand. Sharma is seen playing as a salesman in the commercial advertisement of Honda Mobilio. The stand-up comedian received several offers for endorsing products in the past but he wanted to be a part of those products that he truely believes in.
