Kakrar Bhaja (Bengali Crab fry)
Ingredients
Crab - 250 gm
Ginger & garlic paste - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Besan flour - 50 gm
Rice flour - 50 gm
A few Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients and marinate for an hour.
2. Fry the crab, until it's golden brown & crisp.
