Kalaippuli S Thanu, who is basking in the success of Kabali, has announced his next project. He will be teaming up with none other than Rajinikanth's daughter Soundarya.
The news was formally revealed by Soundarya Rajinikanth on Twitter by sending out a casting call for new talents. She wrote, "All those who are interested, pls do send us your details #NEEK #CastingCall. [sic]"
Producer Kalaippuli S Thanu responded to her posted by tweeting, "With the blessings of God and other good people, this project will be very successful. We will give our best to this:) [sic]"
The director quickly responded to the producer's tweet by sharing her happiness to be part of this project. She wrote, "Such an honour to be working with you uncle always need your guidance & blessings! [sic]" More details about the project are yet to be revealed.
It was earlier reported that Dhanush would be producing Soundarya Rajinikanth's next film on his home banner of Wunderbar Films. Apparently, Kalaippuli S Thanu-produced flick will hit the floors before the Kolaveri di hitmaker's project.
Soundarya Rajinikanth made her directorial debut with India's first photorealistic motion capture film, Kochadaiiyaan. The historical epic fiction, which had several big names, including Deepika Padukone in the cast, had bombed at the box office.
