The look of Rajinikanth in his upcoming film "Kabali" has garnered good response from his fans. So far, three posters of the superstar have been released. Now, the makers have plans to release a few more soon.
A Behindwoods report claims a poster featuring Rajinikanth and Radhika Apte, who plays the female lead in "Kabali," will possibly be released next. It will be followed by a few individual posters of the superstar, stylishly holding a gun.
Vinci Raj, who started his career as a designer with Pa Ranjith's "Atta Kaththi," has designed the posters for the upcoming Tamil movie. It is believed that the posters will be out next week. But it has not been officially confirmed yet.
Currently, the pending patchwork of the shooting is underway and the editing is also on. The dubbing will begin soon and it will be followed by the teaser release.
The makers have planned to release the teaser of "Kabali" April 14 to coincide with the Tamil New Year. It will also be attached to Vijay's "Theri." However, it is not clear when the trailer of the multilingual flick will hit the internet.
"Kabali" was supposed to hit the screens in May, but due to general assembly elections in Tamil Nadu, the makers have pushed the release. The industry insiders believe that people will be more curious towards elections than films during this time.
Hence, the makers have pushed the release. Now, the buzz is that "Kabali" will either hit the screens in the last week of May or the first week of June.
"Kabali" is a gangster flick, which is written and directed by Pa Ranjith. Rajinikanth plays the role of an ageing don who runs a school for the children affected by gang wars. Dhansika, Dinesh Ravi, Kalaiyarasan, Kishore Kumar and others are part of the cast.
