Superstar Rajinikanth's "Kabali" has been performing well at the worldwide box offices and the Pa. Ranjith-directorial has become the fastest film to cross the Rs. 10 crore mark in Kerala.
According to trade analysts, the gangster thriller has earned approximately Rs. 10.44 crore within three days of its theatrical run in the state. While the opening day collection was Rs. 4.27 crore with a net amount of Rs. 3.45 crore, the movie is said to have earned a gross amount of Rs. 3.02 crore and Rs. 3.15 crore, respectively, on the following days.

The action thriller "Kabali" is believed to have earned a net amount of approximately Rs. 8.4 crore and a share of Rs. 5 crore as of now. The theatrical rights of "Kabali" was bagged by superstar Mohanlal's firm Maxlab reportedly for a whopping price of Rs. 7.5 crore.
Meanwhile, "Kabali" is said to have earned Rs. 29.95 lakh on the opening day from the multiplexes in Kochi, followed by Rs. 25.75 lakh and Rs. 25. 83 lakh on the second and third days, making a total of Rs. 81.53 lakh within three days from the multiplexes in the city. The Rajini-starrer has become the fastest movie to reach Rs. 50 lakh mark at the multiplexes in Kochi within two days of its release. Dulquer Salmaan's "Kali" and "Charlie" were the previous movies, which had crossed the mark in four days at the screens in the city.
Despite being opened to a mixed response from the audience, the Rajini-starrer is said to become one of the biggest grossing movie in Tamil and is estimated to have collected over Rs. 200 crore from its three language versions upon completing its first weekend at the worldwide box offices.
