The 2:05-minute video has been viewed 6,309,420 times so far. The trailer has got 35,851 thumbs ups (likes) and 2,713 thumbs downs (dislikes). It has been most-viewed trailer of a Telugu movie of 2015. It has also got highest number of likes.
The theatrical trailer of "Nannaku Prematho" was released on the official YouTube platform of Times Music South on 27 December. The video has been viewed 2,653,259 times in a span of just a week. What is surprising about this video is it has more likes and fewer dislikes than those of "Baahubali: The Beginning". It has got 38,115 thumbs ups and 1,751 thumbs downs.
