Tollywood star Junior NTR's "Geleya geleya" song from Puneeth Rajkumar-starrer Kannada movie "Chakravyuha" was released Monday, March 7. The track has become an instant hit and gone viral among the Kannada and Telugu audience.
"Geleya geleya" has caught the attention of the audience, as two stars from different industries have joined hands for the first time. As per the Powerstar, the number describes the friendship between Junior NTR and him. It is the first song of the Telugu actor in Kannada and is a peppy number, which is high on energy.
While Chandan Shetty has written the lyrics, popular Telugu music director S Thaman has composed the music for "Chakravyuha."
In 12 hours, the song, which was released at midnight, has fetched over 28,000 hits on YouTube. People have liked it and shared positive words about the number. It has also created quite a good buzz on social media sites with the fans of both the actors talking about the track, using the hash tag – #GeleyaGeleya.
The success of "Geleya geleya" song has now generated a lot of hype around the audio of "Chakravyuha," which will reportedly be out March 12 in Bengaluru. Junior NTR is expected to be the special guest at the music release function of the Kannada film.
Anand Audio has acquired the audio rights of the forthcoming Sandalwood flick.
"Chakravyuha" is written and directed by Tamil filmmaker M Saravanan. NK Lohith has bankrolled the flick, which has Rachita Ram playing the female lead role. Arun Vijay will be seen in the role of a baddie and Sadhu Kokila, Abhimanyu Singh, Bhavya and others are in the cast.
It is said to be the remake of Tamil movie "Ivan Veramathiri," which was directed by Saravanan himself. But as per the makers, 90 percent of the script has undergone changes and they have retained only the outline of the story.
The Kannada film will hit screens in April.
