While it was earlier reported that Salman Khan will have a cameo in Varun Dhawan-starrer Judwaa 2, the latest buzz claims that the superstar will play the main villain in the movie.
Salman will soon join the cast of Judwaa 2 as the main antagonist, according to an entertainment portal. The report also said that the superstar will start shooting for the movie after he completes promotional activities for Tubelight.

Earlier, there were reports that Salman will have a special appearance in the climax of the film. While the rumours of his cameo were enough to make fans excited, the buzz of him playing the main villain will certainly make fans crave for the release of Judwaa 2. However, there has not been any official confirmation on Salman playing the villain in the film.
Salman's double role in Judwaa was much appreciated, and so a lot of pressure is on Varun to create a similar magic in the sequel. Apart from Varun, the cast of Judwaa 2 includes Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu.
If the report of Salman and Varun sharing screen space in Judwaa 2 is true, this will be the first time the two stars will be seen together on screen.
Also, this will be the first instance of Salman playing a baddie in a film. Varun has always been open about his liking for the Tubelight actor, and their onscreen chemistry will certainly be worth watching.
On the other side, Salman has another much-awaited movie – Tiger Zinda Hai. Sequel of Ek Tha Tiger, the movie will bring back the iconic pairing of Salman and Katrina Kaif. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Tiger Zinda Hai will be released on December 22 this year.
